Break / Fix Guarantee

We guarantee our fixes for 90 days after the service date.  This means we will never bill additional charges if the same issue comes up again within the guarantee period.  Break/fix work generally means any repair we make to your existing systems. ​

Additionally, we provide free comprehensive remote support for this same issue, for the 90 days after the service date.  So if you need clarification, walk-through, training, any help with this issue, we are glad to be available to support you at no additional cost for 90 days from the service date.

Please note: in situations where we must come back on-site for this case, the break/fix guarantee does not cover user-error.  User-error means the fix we performed previously is actually working properly, however a user claimed the fix was not working.

We do everything we can to avoid billing you for user-error situations.  We do this by attempting to resolve user-error remotely (free of charge).

Custom Solution Guarantee

In general our custom solutions come with a 1 year guarantee from date of deployment/install.   We also include 90 days of free comprehensive support for operating the system on-site or remote.

1 year guarantee means we guarantee the system to operate reliably, at or above generally accepted business grade performance levels for similar systems.  Any hardware failures within the year will be covered by us at no cost to you.  Any software issues that arise due to software updates by the manufacturer, or unreliable software will be resolved for you at no additional cost.
